Labsun is authorized by Gonotec Gmbh to be the only general agent and after service provider of its all products in china. Labsun is in charge of distribution and after-sale service of all gonotec osmometer products.
We advised that customers check the authority limit of agents and purchase what you need from legal channel. Otherwise, if your product is not purchased from labsun or you don’t have the declaration of after-sale service , our company will not assume the responsibility of after-sale service and have right to deny providing any consumable materials ,such as adjust liquid, sample tube, probe, fuse and so on.
